2. Creator Responsibility & Content Ownership
You retain full legal ownership and responsibility for all content published under your profile. Encore does not publish, distribute, or sell content — we provide strategy, admin, and support. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with platform terms and applicable laws.
3. Non-Affiliation Disclaimer Property
Encore Talent Management is not affiliated with OnlyFans or any other digital platform. All brand names, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Our services are independent and provided solely as business support.
4. Results & Earnings Disclaimer
Earnings vary from creator to creator. We do not guarantee specific income levels, follower counts, or engagement rates. While our systems are designed to optimize performance, success depends on effort, quality of content, consistency, and market demand.
5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All personal information, documents, and content shared with us are kept strictly confidential. We do not sell or share data with third parties. Communication is encrypted, and internal access is limited to team members directly supporting your account.
6. Cancellation & Kill Fees
If a project, campaign, or collaboration is canceled after time and resources have been invested, a kill fee (typically 25–50%) may be charged to compensate for time lost. Full terms are outlined in your service agreement.
7. Contractual Commitment
All partnerships with Encore are governed by a written service agreement that outlines duration, scope of work, compensation structure, termination process, and expectations. You will receive a copy for review before signing.
8. Platform Compliance & Legal Use
You are responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of the platform(s) you use. Encore does not provide legal advice regarding content legality, tax obligations, or platform disputes, but we may recommend professionals if needed.
